Absolutely DO NOT purchase any services from this company. Their operation is borderline fraud.

UP2VPS advertises a 99.9% uptime guarantee, yet in reality the amount of uptime is more around 50% or less.

I was only with them for 1 month, but that was enough. Within that month, I experienced complete inaccessibility to my VPS near 3 times a week, and much more often I would experience general server instability. Within that month I received 5 emails mentioned 5 different issues explaining instability with services. When I later detailed all the bad service I was getting, presenting evidence of said emails and requesting at minimum a month of free service, I was promptly denied. In fact, the whole issue was marginalized by UP2VPS, and I was even recommended to terminate my account if I didn’t like the service I was getting. They even denied I was encountering bad service by stating I wasn’t even on the nodes effected. I was shocked with how terrible the customer service was.

Near the tail end of this, server performance actually stabilized, so against my better judgement I decided to pay them and stick around for another month. BAD MISTAKE. I paid by paypal, and according to paypal my payment went through successfully to their 3rd party who handles payments, 2checkout. I got a message the next day claiming that in fact my payment didn’t go through, and that 2checkout flagged my payment as fraud. UP2VPS stated that I will receive a refund soon. I quickly replied and explained that I never had this problem paying by paypal before, and that paypal stated the payment was made successfully to 2checkout. I submitted a ticket to 2checkout inquiring about the issue and the status of my refund. I relayed this back to UP2VPS.

Figuring UP2VPS is aware that I’m trying my best to pay them, and working out the situation with 2checkout, I figure they will cut me some slack and not disable/terminate my account for a late payment, especially considering all the poor service I have received. WRONG. My account got suspended the day after the payment was due. I sent an email asking why they suspended my account when I already stated I’m doing my best to work out the issue with 2checkout. I even asked if there was another way I could pay them, possibly even paying them directly with paypal. I remarked how this issue further stained their terrible service record. I got an idiotic, snarky response from UP2VPS threatening to terminate my account because I apparently complain too much. I sent them a heated, blunt reply. Least to say my account is terminated now, essentially for complaining too much for the incredibly horrible service I received. As of yet I have received no refund from 2checkout (it has been 2 days since I submitted a ticket).

UP2VPS are con artists. DO NOT give them a penny under any circumstances.

Avoid these guys at all cost. Their service is crap: I experienced several outages with them over a 2 week period, for more than 10 hours of downtime. They do not stand by the 99.9% uptime SLA guarantee that they falsely claim on their website. They care more about getting and keeping your money than taking care of their customers.

Don't buy from these guys -- I'm a former customer who was scammed. They double billed me and I had to go through my credit card company to get my money back.

1. Những lệnh trên không có lệnh nào tạo user và mysql database hết :D Có 2 lệnh sẽ tạo mysql database và user là:
bash setup.sh wordpress domain.com
# Lệnh này sẽ tự lưu mysql databse và password vào file wp-config.php của WP nên mysql database và password sẽ không hiện lên. Bạn có thể vào thư mục /var/www/domain.com (domain.com là tên miền mà bạn cài WP) wp-config.php để xem mysql databse và password.

bash setup.sh domain domain.com
# Lệnh này sẽ tạo một thư mục rỗng tại /var/www/domain.com (domain.com là domain bạn muốn thêm vào conf của nginx), file cấu hình sẽ nằm ở /etc/nginx/site-available/domain.com.conf. Và tạo mysql database, user và password, vì lệnh này chỉ thêm tên miền vào nginx nên mysql database, user và password sẽ được hiển thị trên cửa sổ SSH mà bạn đang thao tác.

# Bạn có thể xem pass của tài khoản mysql root bằng cách chạy lệnh:
cat /root/.my.cnf

2. Để quản lý mysql mình khuyến khích nên dùng SQLBuddy, bạn tải về và đặt trong thư mục /var/www/domain.com (domain.com là tên miền bạn đã thêm vào nginx, chỉ cần tại record A trỏ đến IP của VPS là được). Trong trường hợp này mình có thể dùng lệnh như sau:
# Chuyển đến thư mục /var/www/domain.com bằng lệnh
cd /var/www/domain.com

# Tải SQLBuddy về bằng lệnh wget
wget -o sqlbuddy.zip http://www.sqlbuddy.com/downlo...

# Giải nén file sqlbuddy.zip vừa tải về
unzip sqlbuddy.zip

# Xóa file sqlbuddy.zip đi
rm sqlbuddy.zip

# Đổi tên lại thư mục sqlbuddy vừa giải nén, xyz là tên bạn muốn chọn cho thư mục mới này
mv sqlbuddy xyz

Cuối cùng bạn truy cập vào domain.com/xyz rồi đăng nhập bằng tài khoản root với password được lấy ở bước 1 để import file mysql vào database hiện có hoặc bạn có thể tạo database mới rồi import vào cũng được ;)

1.Với lệnh như vậy tôi không hiểu password của MySQL là gì vì trong quá trình chạy lệnh tôi không thấy hỏi han gì về password? Để bảo mật tốt hơn, tôi muốn đổi password này thì đổi thế nào?
2.Tôi chưa hiểu lắm về hướng dẫn PHPmyadmin của bạn, bạn có thể nói rõ hơn chút được không. Tôi muốn nhập file sql mà tôi đã xuất ra từ Wordpress hiện hữu (trên sharehost) thì tôi cần phải có PhpMyadmin trên VPS?

If you would like to install WordPress, you don't need to run 'bash setup.sh domain mydomain.com' because this command will make a nginx config for mydomain.com and generate MySQL database for it.
For PHPMyAdmin, you have to create a new nginx config (or use the config for your current domain) with 'root' point to PHPMyAdmin folder.

I have a lot of VPS with many providers and they're working fine without any issues.

I've searched "Vietnam proxies" and try them myself, bad news is all of them didn't work...

And Vietnam proxies are about 1% of all proxies, most are US?

Research it yourself and get back to me then you will realize the reasoning behind them blocking you. Go sign up for a VPS provider with other providers then you will see this is very common, and rightfully so. I typed in Vietnam proxies in Google and realize why any intelligent sales department would block your country.
